We were taken care of by a man named Josh. He was so friendly and he helped us so much. He helped find resturants, and got us a map to get to the festival we were going to the next day. I had never stayed at a baymont before and he made my choice great.. The breakfast was also very nicely displayed and good. Thank you Josh for a great stay. Joanne Floyd
Close to airport
The hallways were dirty and the carpet was worn even torn in areas not very impressive on the way to the room.
The person who checked us in was very courteous and helpful.
We did not dislike anything, it was fine.
Bed was great, super cummfy.price was ok. Wait staff was good too.
Only thing I didnt like was the bathroom is in bad shape, well its no wonder, engineers (or whomever is in charge?) didnt put in exhaust fans, so the humidity is killing the condition of the bathrooms.
Very clean, staff was polite and courteous.
Budget hotel with very welcoming staff.
No Bad experience.
The management appears to be doing the best they can in a dying situation. Things that can be done without money for replacement are done.
It is located next to a almost dead shopping mall. Things that require money to replace (stained carpet, fixtures, etc.) have not been replaced.
the bed was comfortable
The hallway smelled musty/moldy and could smell cigarettes and possibly marijuana. The bathtub had mildew around the caulking and the carpet in the room was musty.
Nice size clean room with very comfortable bed. All staff were very friendly.
This place is nice for the budget traveler but is old and in desperate need of an update. Internet was reliable and location near airport was good.
Just over-all update. Carpet and furniture worn and outdated.
Never again. There was no staff member at the desk when I checked in -- I had to call the motel to get someone to check me in. There was no staff member at the desk when I checked out -- again, I had to call the motel. Never again.
Requested early check-in as I was with my elderly father awaiting my daughter's graduation from Illinois State. We had four hours to kill after driving a long distance. I had called ahead to request that and they OK'ed it. When we got there, at noon, I was informed very abruptly that no one was checking in until 3:00 pm. Another family who needed to get dressed for the graduation was denied as well. We were told we could use the public restrooms in the lobby to change. The bathroom wasn't big enough by any stretch. I cancelled my reservation and was in a room at the Motel 6 up the street 10 minutes later, able to allow my dad to rest and to shower before the graduation ceremony. Never again. It wouldn't have been so bad if the attendant wasn't rude about it.
I liked that it was close to some restaurants.
The employees are ignorant, was told that I would have two pack and plays for my daughters, only had 1. There were bullet holes in the wall. Mildew on the walls. The bathtub didn't drain. The sink was leaking. And they don't have answer the service desk when you call from your room. So don't even bother.
I liked the breakfast they provide- it's good, it's just enough, and it eliminates the need to go out to find a breakfast place.
While I was there, the sewer backed up into the guest hallway. Getting to and from your room involved going through a sewer water drenched carpet. Also, there was construction immediately outside my room that involved a concrete grinder at 7:00 AM during all 3 days of my stay there.
Location nice breakfast
A couple of places wallpaper peeling plus parking lot in terrible shape
